Do we need to add players to our rosters again? Looks like everyone will get another zero for the week of scoring period 3. If CBS is permenantly screwed , should we salvage the season and just go to fantrax. Not sure what were doing here.

I wish you knew half the effort it takes to run this league. I have been arguing with CBS for 2 and half weeks about this issue. I started working on a Fantrax site for us this week, but moving 3000 players is not an easy task.

While I was working on this on Wednesday, the CBS site was getting some work done that looked like they were making some real progress. Since then nothing and I can't get a genuine update from them that does not sound generic or automated.

One thing I will not be doing is adding players back to CBS. They have screwed us up already with no reason why, so I will not allow them to do it again.

If we move to Fantrax, we have a couple options:

--manually put in the schedule to match CBS (tedious with us on a time crunch)
--play only the remaining weeks
--replay the early weeks with new random schedule created by Fantrax

I say replay the early weeks with a new Fantrax schedule. Considering the amount of work Jeremy has put in I'm sure that is the easiest option at this point.

CBS seems to be working fine again. I re-entered my team this morning without any problems.

My roster is wiped out. It is strange that some teams have rosters and some don't.

CBS customer service stinks. I helped run a league last year using CBS and we had similar problems to this during the season. Getting help from CBS was a chore. First, they tell you it is your fault even if it is something that is clearly not. Then they act like they do you some big favor by making your league work again. The kicker was something went wrong during the time period that they do league archival and our rosters were completely wiped out. CBS archived the league so the 2012 rosters were empty and it did severe damage to an already struggling league.

I am in other CBS leagues that seem to run ok so far, but when your league has problems with CBS, you really have problems

I really just want CBS to get their shit straight. Jeremy has put a lot of time and frustration in working with these guys. At this rate BBB could win because we never know a real score.

Jeremy , think my comments were misunderstood. I sent you a pm last week and didn't get a reply. I posted a question about the CBS issues here but no one replied so I assumed maybe no one cared. I'm happy to see this isn't the case. I realize the effort these leagues take. It's a thankless job and without you perfect league wouldn't be so I honestly do appreciate the effort.
I was/ am just concerned at the status of the league now.
I say screw CBS and lets all owner by owner enter the players into fantrax. I know some owners (Monterey Park) certainly will not enter his players but I think it this point we should be proactive. Dont trust CBS to fix this.

I sent FanTrax invites to everyone this morning. I have added everyone's 40 man rosters, because right now all we really care about is week to week scoring.

Let me know what issues you encounter becaue the site is fairly new to me as well.

We may be keeping it by default, because if I can't get anybody to fix my league, I doubt I can get anybody to give me a refund.
