Out of courtesy I should wait until he picks? No problem at all, just asking how these work for future invalid bids and the pick after

I should have asked this differently...what happens in the future if someone picks an illegal pick and the person after picks before the previous person is ruled invalid? I can see that happening some in this type of draft

I can see that happening some in this type of draft If 1.2 picks then 1.3 is on the clock. His screw up on a player he has bid on in Free Agency is his own fault. I think, but I'm always the bad guy anyway. He can pick again anytime but it does not keep you from making a pick if you are ready.

what happens in the future if someone picks an illegal pick and the person after picks before the previous person is ruled invalid? Once the draft officially starts, if the picks are "caught up", you can pick ahead of you time slot. Once a pick has been ruled invalid by me or anyone else, you can NOT pick ahead of your time slot. This is a "for fun" league since we have no payout, but it still remains a very competitive league. But if you realize someone has made an obviously invalid pick, please try to maintain the integrity of this league by staying within the spirit of the rules. The MLFAD is probably the most difficult aspect of this league, even for veteran owners. Especially in the early rounds, please try to let people know if there are invalid picks.

Dang, that is the guy I would have picked but this one was a close second;
1.03 OF: Elier Hernandez (Kansas City)
A little on him;
"Scouting Report: A potential star, it's hard to tell where his ceiling is. He looks like a MLB star physically and has exceptional bat speed. While he is the type of player teams should look at as future superstars, it is hard to gauge his current ability at the plate. That said, he has the best hitting ability from the Dominican this year."

Just so everyone is fully aware:
I will be making 5 picks for the open team with the other picks going unused. I will be picking on time to keep that draft moving and I will be picking the highest paid international guy I am aware of. With that said...
1.7 Adalberto Mondesi, SS, KC ($2.0 million)

define "pick anytime" please Because we are caught up, he can pick anytime without having to wait for his 1:30pm time slot to come open. Once the "pick anytime" sign has come on, he is free to make his pick whenever. In later rounds, guys will come in and make several picks in a row from different days that all have passed.

when does the pick anytime window close? When the draft closes, which is one week after the last round for all drafts.

BBB picks;
1.16 SS: Luis Enrique Acosta (CHC)
A little on him;
"Scouting Report: With a quick short swing that creates really good loft, Acosta has star potential. He runs hard out of the box as he finishes his strong swing. Acosta is likely to move to 3B or even to RF in the long run, but he has a strong arm."
