2017 Free Agency Progress Report

Hey guys,

I am going to post this here so you can see what I am doing behind the scenes. This will be my checklist for items to do to our rosters to get ready for Free Agency which will begin in February.

1--Drop all 2016 players DONE

2--Drop all y2y.6 players DONE

4--Drop any players with declined team options 70% DONE

3--Update contracts for all y2y players 70% DONE

4--Add any new Franchise players 50% DONE

5--Update contracts for any forced call-ups 10% DONE

6--Create list of 60 match players 80% DONE

7--Finalize minor league rosters prior to MLFAD and Opening Day 80% DONE

I am sure I am forgetting something but will continually update this thread. Please PM me or post here with any questions.

Awesome. Is this available on the Fan Trax site as I think most of my roster was 2016 players and I would like to see what my salary cap situation looks like. Also, where would you like us to post our moves and can you confirm what AB or IP limits need to be met for a forced call-up? Thanks!

Will you be creating a list of the FA's or will we just refer to those listed as FA's on the 2017 FanTrax site? Thanks!
