NEW YORK - Will Mike Bordicks general manager K. Daddy be pried away by a rival club?
Sources confirmed that K. Daddy has always been fond of Lefties roster and with the current vacancy, Daddy is trying to make a possible move away from Bordicks.
"From what I know, he's tired of losing," a person said. "He built a foundation and it just hasn't worked."
Daddy's team always looks good going into the season but they seem to fall apart, most notably because of the injury bug.
This season alone, Bordicks had six players hurt before the start of the season. In recent weeks, "youth core" members Yasiel Puig, Travis d'Arnaud, and Christian Yelich were placed on the shelf. Don't forget Jurickson Profar, who has been injured the past two seasons too. Pitching wise, Bordicks has four pitchers either out for the season or missing significant time including promising youngsters like Patrick Corbin, Martin Perez, and Marcus Stroman.
"I know he's been attracted to Lefties for a while," the person said with a smirk. "But he wants to win and this opportunity presents a 'win-now' mode. I wouldn't be surprised if Bordicks makes the move."
K. Daddy declined to comment on the issue.

Screw it, I'll come aboard (#sinkorswim) as an associate. I'll bring over some of my better players as well.
