So is there a list of players we can use as a resource or is it just throwing darts in the dark looking for random prospects that weren't drafted or ones that were waived?

Most of them are international signees. Baseball America has a list for sure.

Just so Im clear, if a player had been drafted and released, he cant be drafted again. He would need to go through the free agent process. Correct ?

If a player has less than 50.0 innings pitched or less than 130 at-bats he is eligible to be drafted.
