This subject has been asked about a couple times so I thought I would post the answers for everyone in regards to how we will handle Shohei Ohtani.
1--He is a 23 year old prospect with no MLB innings pitched or at-bats. Therefore he falls under this rule as far as free agency: "To be eligible to be bid on in free agency, a player must either have passed the 50IP/130AB prospect threshold or be 25 years or older on April 1st of that season." This makes Ohtani available in the MLFAD where I expect he will be the first pick.
2--Ohtani is being considered a Pitcher and DH by FanTrax. That means he will be viewed as one single player by this league and can be played at either position for the week, but not both. Each week can be different.

He was not eligible last year as you have to be signed by a MLB team to be drafted.
