I know it's competition but is there a reference sheet out there other than the top 30 international players who have signed? I've looked about every where and coming up dry here in the mid-later rounds.
Thanks

It's competition, just like in real baseball. If you focus on a team instead of the whole group you may can find some guys do reviews for their market. A lot is on premium sites you have to pay for.

Gotcha. Every thing I am coming across is wanting payment. Last year There were a few lists out there. I found something on Twitter just now, hopefully this has some info.

The international guys, especially in depth, are the least covered facet of minor league baseball. Baseball America will put out their international reviews, but those have begun to come later and later each season but can be good for our late rounds. That’s pay though.
<Shameless plug> I am hoping to do a column at Baseball Prospectus that looks at some lesser known deep minors guys, mostly from the Dominican Summer League. I don’t know if they will let me do it as a series, but that is the hope and I don’t know if it will be behind their paywall.
Where I get those names, though, is I do a spreadsheet with the stats from every minor league and I run a program on them to try to highlight guys with higher floors. It’s not that time consuming and you can tweak things to highlight the numbers you think are most predictive.
In short, there is no easy answer...

Right on. I've done pretty good by searching each team. They update pretty often.
