4.4 B.A. Vollmuth, 3B, Oak
here is a little more info:
Bosco Baracus. Known as B. A. for 'bad attitude.' The man is a mechanical genius. He also has one of the worst conduct records in the army. He likes to slug officers. While the other members of the team regularly resort to disguises, scams and subterfuge to achieve their goals, B. A.'s distinctive appearance and confrontational attitude usually lead to a more direct approach to problems, which often involve either his skills at hand to hand combat, or his mechanical talents.
He is a highly-skilled mechanic and has an amazing talent for making impressive machinery out of just about any ordinary parts. He received his initial training in the Jamaican Defense Force.Hannibal once said to B. A., "With a pair of pliers and a little time, you could fix anything but dinner."He is an excellent fighter and is invaluable in hand-to-hand combat. Because of his massive size and strength, he has a unique fighting tactic, which involves grabbing his opponents, lifting them over his head, and hurling them in the air. He is easily angered to the point of rage, and often greets people with a growl or a snarl."

Boulder Ball Busters pick the following player at 4.18;
4.18 Charles Tilson OF (STL)
And now on to the analysis;
" Tilson is a five-tool player, a rarity for a cold-weather high school kid (he’s from Illinois), and has a chance to go in the top 50 picks. He’s a plus-runner who can play centerfield and has surprising power for his size, although the swing plane doesn’t have tremendous loft in it.
He has excellent hand speed and showed at last summer’s Area Code Games, which was his national coming-out party, that he can adjust his swing as needed, going short for contact but staying back to drive a ball when he got a pitch he could pull. He has the speed and instincts to play center with a plus arm.
He has the ceiling of an above-average everyday center fielder with a chance to be an All-Star."
<edited to say 4th round not third as I mistakenly did>

Boulder Ball Busters pick the following player at 4.19;
4.19 OF: James Harris (TB)
He is already signed
A little on the underrated Harris;
"Signable athlete seems like an overdraft but might not be: he's toolsy, has power and speed, and will take a walk. The more I think about it, the more I like it. Harris was a bit under the radar, but the patience/speed combination is unusual and Rays fans shouldn't assume this was all about money."

Boulder Ball Busters pick the following player at 4.20;
4.20 C: Brett Austin (PAD)
Why I picked this catcher (and hope he signs);
"Austin is a switch hitting catcher who has improved immensely in the past year. His catching skills need refinement but he possesses a strong arm and quick release. At bat, Austin has recently exhibited excellent power and his left-handed hitting is beginning to catch up with his natural right-handed side.
It's a mixed bag on whether he stays behind the plate or moves out to get his bat going faster a la Wil Myers; I'd let him catch given his arm strength and try to get a potential All-Star at a position where most teams settle for no offense."
