This league has been going for over 10 years now and we originally established that you could trade no more than half of your picks from any draft. This was done to fill up our minor league depth and keep everyone fairly level with picks.
I don't feel like this is needed any longer as most people's minors are loaded with enough quantity, and many people just punt the draft after a few rounds anyway. We do have several newer owners who would like to be able to put more of there own spin on there team and might be interested in obtaining larger quantities of picks.
So in effect immediately, any number of picks in the FYPD or MLFAD can be traded.
