I am looking to package Blake Snell (900k, y2y.3) and Carlos Carrasco (11m, 2020) together for anything that helps my team this year. Both are on the DL right now, but both should be fully healthy in 2020 and you have 3 more years of Snell to get back to his Cy Young form from last year. This could really work out for a rebuilding team.
