It's pretty exciting to finally be in a playoff spot here, but not enough to keep me from continuing to build this team out. 

It seems Motor City is pulling away from the pack, but there are four teams right behind who can still run him down with some strategic additions. 

Further down the pack, there are five or so teams that are currently just outside a playoff spot that could also make a move by filling a few holes.

While anyone on my team is technically available in an interesting deal, I'm quite willing to deal guys who are advanced to y2y5 or more and those players who have contracts that expire in 2021 or 2022. There are a lot of helpful guys included in that collection. Some of the more interesting would be:

Jesus Aguilar
Kolten Wong 
Adam Eaton
Joey Votto
Anthony DiSclafani
Pablo Lopez
Jake McGee

This is not an exhaustive list. There are plenty more guys who can help. I'm looking to acquire advanced prospects and/or quality draft picks in any deal. I can take back equal (or a bit more if the deal is good enough) salary to help the process.

C'mon, these are some good players who can make your team instantly better. Aguilar is the NL RBI leader and has another year of reasonable control and then can be franchised at a bargain price. Lopez is top-tier pitcher and DiSclafani is pitching very well also. McGee is at least sharing the closer role in SF so gets both saves and holds. Votto is on a rehab assignment and tearing up AAA pitching. Grossman has great OBP numbers and steals bases.
