Draft picks and a big thanks to all!!

I've been a critic of the lack of activity on the board here in the past so I want to make sure to be just as vocal in the other direction. We've had every one of our 20 owners on the board in the last two days and 18 of 20 on just today. I think with some of our new owners and some rededication from others, we have a chance to really make this league fun, exciting and competitive.

I do want to make a plea on draft picks in the upcoming FYPD. I'm hoping everyone will either use all of their picks or trade them to someone who will. If you don't plan to use some picks, even dumping them all for something small is better than getting nothing for them and letting them sit. The new owners, especially, could use any extra pick they can get to try to make up for some of the previous neglect their rosters have suffered. 

I'm really looking forward to this league in the next season or so. Thanks to all of you for rallying and thanks especially to Jeremy for putting the new roster of owners together. Let's keep it going!!

And if the admins could carefully manage the whole draft process, that would be nice as well.

The MLFAD 2020 lists were never updated and no warnings were given if you picked a player that was picked before by someone else or already on someone’s roster.

I try to carefully pick players but everyone can make a mistake.

As an example, in the MLFAD I picked a kid that apparently was already on someone’s roster. So basically it was a wasted pick but I got no warning at all and lost the pick (I guess).

With the time of the draft picks its not possible to do a real time add in Fantrax, but I will try to keep up with draft as best I can. Also please use the search function on this board to see if a player has been picked already. Its understood mistakes will happen. Not a big deal. Just make your re-pick and move on. Also if you spell a name wrong, don't edit the post. That screws up the search function for some reason. Best is just to post in the same thread the alternate spelling.
