Multi-week periods

Did we ever get a clear statement on what is allowed when we have a multi week period (start/end of season and All Star) break. Fantrax will allow you to make roster moves. But I think some people felt that it wasn’t in the spirit of the game to do so. Or can we make starting lineup changes, but not 40 man ? I know there were discussions but I don’t remember if they were private or public and I don’t know if we ever decided on a clear answer.

Looks like it’s in the rules - no change to the 40 man of you reach the championship. Active lineup can change but not the 40 man.
