I don't think this has happened before but would like to discuss it before it does.
An owner makes a bid on a player at 2:00pm. The 24 hour period begins with no more bidding until 2:00pm the following day, when another owner raises the bid. In your opinion or understanding of the rule, is this bid good or did he have to bid at 1:59pm or before?
I want everyone to respond.

Good on the last minute of 24 hours...in the above example, valid (dick) bid

If I'm the one getting screwed it is not legal! If I'm the screw-er & depending on who I'm screwing then it's probably legal. Is this why you Bulls(hit) has not been ask to be our 20th team owner?

To be fair to everyone, just make it 24hrs + 1 min. The board doesn't account for seconds so it's possible that a bid goes it at 2:00:45 and the next bid comes in at 2:00:35.
I'm ok with whatever you decide though. If you want a player that bad, don't play games.. just make your bid.

If you bid at exactly the 24th hour, you are probably a jerk. Since the board doesn't account for seconds a bid that shows as exactly 24 hrs, could either be withing 24 hours or could be 24 hrs and 59 seconds.
I would say why err on the side of the guy who bids at the very last second. But it really doesn't matter either way. Hopefully nobody cuts it quite that close

Good on the last minute of 24 hours...in the above example, valid (dick) bid Dick bid is allowed, just frowned upon. I looked back and most of the time I waited 1 minute after, so I was allowing this anyway. Just never came up.
